MEPSub Phone is our own cloud phone system, built right into MEPSub. Calls, texts and faxes run on one system — and every caller shows up with their customer record and open work orders.
We built our own PBX instead of bolting on someone else’s, so the phone and the job live in the same system.
The caller’s customer record and open work orders pop up before you answer, and every call, recording and voicemail is saved where the work is.
Your business number calls, texts and faxes from the same place — no separate phone portal, texting app or fax machine.
No PBX box in the closet and no extra phone vendor. Numbers, phones and call flows are set up and changed inside MEPSub.
Before anything rings we check: VIP, blocked or hidden number, and whether they have an open work order.
Business hours and holidays, a multi-level menu in your own recorded voice, and the recording notice if you record.
Ring all, in order, round-robin or longest-idle — or a queue with music, position and call-back. Softphones, desk phones and follow-me cells.
Customer and open work orders on screen. Transfer, park, 3-way, or a supervisor listens in.
Personal or company voicemail with a transcript, the AI receptionist, and an automatic text-back.
Every call — answered, missed or voicemail — is logged on the customer and their work order.
Point a Yealink or Poly phone at its MEPSub provisioning link and it configures itself — account, keys and name. Fanvil, Grandstream and Snom have step-by-step settings, and any SIP phone can connect manually.

Callers hear their position and estimated wait, can press 1 for a call-back instead of holding, and agents get wrap-up time between calls. Call-backs ring the next free agent, then dial the customer from the company number.
Waiting callers, longest wait, who’s on a call and who’s free, answer rate and call-backs — refreshed every few seconds, with a big-screen mode for the office TV.
Listen to a live call, whisper to the agent or join in. Reports cover answered %, missed calls, wait times, talk time by person and group, and the busiest hours — with CSV export.
Turn any number into a fax line. Incoming faxes arrive as PDFs in MEPSub and by email; send a PDF as a fax and watch it go from queued to delivered.
Port your existing numbers in from Settings: a portability check, a pre-filled LOA to sign, and status tracking until the number is live on MEPSub — texting and 911 address included.
Record inbound, outbound or internal calls by group or person, announce it, and auto-delete after 30 days to 2 years. Choose which number each person calls out as and where they may dial.
Optional add-on that answers after hours, when nobody picks up, or every call first — takes a message, books a service visit as a lead, or connects the caller to your team.
Numbers, US & Canada calling, texting, recording, voicemail with transcription, menus, ring groups, business hours and screen-pop are in every package.
One-time $49 setup · extra user or number $5/mo · over the allowance $0.02 per minute or text · AI receptionist add-on $99/mo with 500 AI minutes. Launch pricing for early-access workspaces.

No. Everyone can answer in the browser softphone. Desk phones are optional — Yealink, Poly, Fanvil, Grandstream and Snom are set up from MEPSub, and other SIP phones work with manual settings.
Yes. A desk phone can carry MEPSub as a second account next to the account it already has, so you can try MEPSub Phone before you switch.
No. The browser softphone cannot dial 911, and 911 from desk phones is off by default. Keep a cell phone or landline for emergencies.
Yes. With follow-me, your cell rings after a few seconds and shows the company number; you press 1 to take the call, so your cell’s voicemail never grabs it. Calling from the MEPSub mobile app is coming next.
Numbers and calling are for the US and Canada. International calling is not supported.
It is rolling out in early access. Request access and we’ll set up your number and call flow with you.
