Born out of running real jobs — not a whiteboard
MEPSub grew out of a working MEP & controls contractor. Between project work and a book of service accounts, the same problem kept coming up: the schedule, the crews in the field, and the invoices all lived in different apps and spreadsheets that never talked to each other.
Jobs slipped through the cracks. Hours got re-typed. Invoices went out late. So the team did what contractors do — they built the tool they needed, shaped by real workflows and the realities of the field.
That tool became MEPSub, and now it's open to other contractors who've been fighting the same fight.
