The Windows app runs the live platform from app.mepsub.org — you always get the latest version, no reinstalls needed.
The desktop app sits in the tray, rings for MEPSub Phone calls, makes phone numbers click-to-call, opens documents in their own windows and updates itself (signed updates). On several monitors, open any page as its own pane and save a layout per number of screens — Automatic, Ask me or Manual — with Ctrl+Shift+1…9 to switch. On MEPSub Enterprise it connects to your own server instead of the cloud.
Microsoft WebView2 is bundled — the installer adds it automatically if your PC doesn't already have it.
