Send quote requests and POs straight into your vendors’ MEPSub portal and get confirmations, prices, invoices and lien waivers back where you need them. Subcontractors bill you with G702/G703 pay applications. Vendors use it free.
Every step your office and your vendor used to do by phone and PDF.
Each vendor gets the request in its own portal or by its own link, types prices, lead times and notes, or attaches its PDF — and AI can fill your quote table from that PDF.
Sent POs land in the vendor’s portal. You see when it was seen and confirmed, the promised date, backorders line by line, and shipped with the carrier and tracking.
The vendor marks the order ready at a branch. Your driver gets the address, counter hours and ticket number, and a photo of the ticket at pickup receives what was there.
A vendor’s invoice never goes straight into your bills. It waits in Vendor approvals with its PDF — one click when it matches the PO, a closer look when it doesn’t.
Vendors send you your own price list. The first one waits for you; later changes within your limit apply by themselves, bigger ones wait. Estimates you already sent never change.
COI, W-9 and license sent once and kept current; lien waivers asked for, signed and returned in the portal, with expiry dates you can see.
Return items against a PO with a reason; the vendor approves with an RMA number and sends a credit memo you apply to an open bill.
On time against their own promise, confirmations, backorders, quote answers, billing and returns — a score per vendor and per branch, from your own records. Vendors never see it.
Put a subcontract with its schedule of values into the sub’s portal. The sub sends pay applications line by line; you approve what they billed or less, with a note per line, and the approval becomes the bill.

No retyping on either side when a vendor can send files or open a store.
A daily price file in CSV, Excel, JSON or EDI 832 from the vendor’s server, per account.
Order confirmations, ship notices and invoices from an EDI folder, matched to the right PO.
“Shop at” the vendor’s own web store from a draft PO; the cart comes back as PO lines.
Prices, orders, acknowledgements, shipments and invoices through MEPSub’s vendor API with keys.
No. Suppliers and subcontractors use their MEPSub portal free. It works across every contractor that chose them.
Nothing changes for them: POs and quote requests go by email with their own link, and your office types in what they send back. You can invite them to the portal from the vendor’s page whenever you like.
No. A vendor sees only its own documents with your company, and only what you share (POs, quotes, invoices, payments, documents, messages — each can be switched off). The price comparison and the scorecard are yours alone.
Never the ones already sent. Accepted prices price new estimate lines, takeoffs and POs from then on. A first price list and any change over your limit (10% by default) wait for your OK.
Yes, when the distributor offers it: price files and EDI documents (855, 856, 810, 832) over SFTP, a price link with their key, a punch-out store opened from a draft PO, or MEPSub’s vendor API.
Sharing POs, quotes, invoices and documents with vendors works in every plan, Free included. Per-vendor price lists and the price comparison come with the Shop & Materials pack; subcontracts and pay applications with the Projects & PM pack.
Start free, link your vendors, and let the paperwork come back on its own.
